Joshua is not only a wonderful person all around, but also very attentive and patient. He just walked me through the process of closing on my first home and I wouldn't have been able to do it without him. He is genuine and cares about his customers. He is straight forward and never around the bush, he makes sure to walk you through every step of the process. House shopping is stressful as it is, having someone who is knowledgeable and understanding of your needs/wants makes the experience a lot more enjoyable. Joshua has been a major help and was very flexible in my search. He showed me houses which were exactly what I was searching for and in the area I wanted to live. His response has always been very prompt no matter what time of the day or in the weekend, he is on top of his game. Unfortunately for Joshua I had a challenge with the house I bought as he could not represent to the fullest as this was an ask of the seller.
