Josh's passion for real estate stems from his love for buildings and architecture and his desire to help others. Being a real estate agent, for him, is extremely fulfilling because he is able to help guide people through some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

Josh was raised on the island of Kauai in sunny Hawaii. He spent many summers growing up on vacation in different parts of Oregon and Northern California and easily fell in love with the Pacific Northwest.

After graduating with honors from Waimea High School, he moved to Oregon to attend Oregon State University where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. He then moved North to Portland to experience life in "the big city" and immediately fell in love with Portland's uniqueness and charm.

He is currently working to expand Cooper Realty's presence into Lane County including cities of Eugene and Cottage Grove.
